1. These prices include doctor fee for informing results of tests and hospital service charge.
2. Do not eat or drink anything (other than water) for at least 8 hours prior to the appointment.
3. The individual items in the program cannot be changed.
4. These special prices are available from 1 Aug- 30 Sep 2023, and pre-purchased package can be used up to 31 Oct 2023
5. For the Smile 3 package, the Intravenous vitamin supplement program, which utilizes a concentrated formula to increase antioxidants, takes about 2 hours to complete. If it is not convenient for you to receive the service on the same day of purchase, you have the option to schedule an appointment for a later date.
6. For the Ultimate package, please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance
