5. Eye Check-up for Cataract, Diabetic Retinopathy, Hypertension Retinopathy and Glaucoma risk package Price 3,700 (THB)
   (The earlier the detection, the greater the chance of protection)

Terms and conditions

1. These prices include doctor fee and hospital service charge.
2. These prices exclude eye examination for prescription glasses.
3. These prices exclude any home medicines.
4. For packages No. 3, 4, 5 please bring a relative/friend with you as you cannot drive after pupil dilation.
