Improving Your Vision With ICL

Advanced MIS: Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) – An Effective and safe option to treat short-sightedness and astigmatism without corneal alteration and dry eyes. This lens is an excellent choice for patients with short-sightedness and astigmatism. Compared to LASIK, ICL does not cause dry eyes and corneal inflammation. It is suitable for patients who do not want to change corneal curvature and thickness. Lens contains UV filters that help to minimize the chances of cataract in the future. In addition, the lens is soft and flexible. It cannot be felt in the eye while wearing and it can be removed if required when eyesight changes or when newer generation of lens becomes available.
