Terms and conditions

1. The price is valid until 31 December 2023.
2. The prices include medical evaluation and exclude any other expense not indicated in the package.
3. The prices exclude the doctor’s consultation fee prior to the screening.
4. The price excludes medications and expenses from additional investigations advised by a doctor.
5. Do not eat or drink (except water) at least 4 hours before Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram and CT Coronary Angiogram and Calcium Scoring.
6. If you have pre-existing health conditions or medications you have to take, please notify our staff prior to the procedure.
7. No book report is provided.
8. The prices are available for outpatient services only.
9. The prices cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts.
10. The prices cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers or a third-party payer such as an insurance company or contract company.
11. The prices are valid for Thais and expatriates residing in Thailand only.
