Role Overview:
The HR and Accounts Officer will be responsible for overseeing various human resources and accounting functions. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who excels in communication and is proficient in Microsoft Office Software. The successful candidate will support HR activities and handle basic accounting tasks, ensuring smooth operations in both departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data and reports.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR or accounting role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
