In this role, you will be key in managing client interactions, handling calls, and converting leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and providing information about our healthcare services.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into appointments or consultations.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional support.

Requirements:

• HSC or equivalent/fresh graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Ability to manage and convert leads effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
