Global Trails Tourism is a travel agency committed to offering amazing travel experiences. We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Executive Officer to join our team. You’ll help clients plan their trips, book travel packages, and manage bookings for flights and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tourism Knowledge: Provide clients with information about travel destinations and options.
- Package Management: Handle bookings for travel packages for client needs.
- Air Ticketing: Book and manage airline tickets, including changes and cancellations.
- Hotel Booking: Arrange hotel accommodations for clients.
- Client Handling: Offer excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good understanding of tourism and travel arrangements.
- Experience with air ticketing and hotel bookings is a plus.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle clients well.
- Strong computer literacy in using office software (MS Word, MS Excel)
